WORSHAM SCOTT CHANDLER, JR., DECEASED

FILED, documents purporting to be the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, dated October 27, 1994, and the First Codicil to the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, dated February 10, 2010, together with a Petition for Formal Probate of Will and/or First Codicil to Last Will and Testament and Appointment of Personal Representative, or in the Alternative, for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative Without Will filed by DARLENE MAE SOMA, whose address is 91-729 Aikanaka Road, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706, praying for formal probate thereof and issuance of Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration, and for appointment as Personal Representative of said Estate.
March 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, Fourth Floor, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the appointed date, time and place of hearing on said Petition
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown below within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the Trust established by the decedent under the Worsham Scott Chandler, Jr. Revocable Living Trust, dated October 27, 1994, as amended, are hereby notified that ROBERT P. CHANDLER is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is 583 Kaniahe Street, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustees, at the addresses shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection with the Court or serve it on all interested persons within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice.
