- Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 (EPA) is proposing environmental sampling to occur at 823 Olive Ave, Wahiawa, Honolulu County, Island of O’ahu. Results of the proposed environmental sampling will be used to evaluate the parcel for potential environmental concerns to minimize uncertainties about possibly present contamination and facilitate a more informed decision regarding planned reuse.
- Pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended (2006), Native Hawaiian organizations and Native Hawaiian descendants with ancestral lineal or cultural ties to, cultural knowledge or concerns for, and cultural or religious attachment to the proposed project area are requested to contact Mr. Daniel Moher via email at moher.daniel@epa.gov, or by US Postal Service to 75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, California 94105.
