YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiff PAWNEE LEASING CORPORATION, a Colorado corporation ("Plaintiff”), has commenced an action in Civ. No. 1CCV-24-0000803, against you in the above-entitled court.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Dean Ochiai, located at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on February 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. of the said day or to file and serve an answer or other pleading before said day upon Plaintiff’s counsel, Richard E.
