Ventura Trust dated October 29, 2009, filed a Complaint in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, Case No. 1CC151001712, to determine all claims adverse to, and to establish Plaintiff’s fee simple title to: 1) Land Commission Award 3942, Apana 7, Royal Patent Number 880, to NAUAHI, situated at Ukoa, Kawailoa District of Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, Oahu, State of Hawaii, being TMK (1) 6-2-002-039; and 2) to Land Commission Award 10769, Apana 4, Royal Patent Number 2891, to B. POLE, situated at Ukoa, Kawailoa District of Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, Oahu, State of Hawaii, being TMK (1) 6-2-002-040.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Karin L. Holma, Judge of the First Circuit, First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday , the 11th day of February , 2025, at 9:00 am., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Samuel P. King, Jr. whose address is 1163 Kaeleku Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96825. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
