You are hereby notified that PUU HELEAKALA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION ("Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-23-0001398 in the Circuit court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 87-161-1 Helelua Street, Waianae, Hawaii 96792, Tax Map Key No. (1) 8-7-036-056, in which you may claim an interest under that certain Warranty Deed filed on December 31, 2013, in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Document No. T-8765113, affecting Transfer Certificate of Title No. 1072145, and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 9 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER KIAKONA KOPPER, LLP, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff.
