An action has been raised in Dunoon Sheriff Court by Elspeth Catherine Black as Executor of the late Peter Eber, Pursuer, calling as a Defender, The Executors of the late Margaret Sullivan whose last known address was 1916 Nuna Place, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. If the Executors of the late Margaret Sullivan wish to defend the action he or she should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, George Street, Dunoon, PA23 8BQ or by email to dunoon@scotcourts.gov.uk from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained.
