YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2005 PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ2, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 2CCV-22-0000092 in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 896 North Laalo Place, Lahaina, Hawaii 96761, TMK No. (2) 4-5-032-065, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Kirstin M. Hamman, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, 2145 Main Street, Suite 106, Wailuku, HI 96793, on January 16, 2025, at 8:15 a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Zachary K. Kondo of Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100 Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
