NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the trustee named below to all persons having a claim against KIYOKO SATO (who was also known as Kiyoko Yoneda Sato) (“Decedent”), who died on January 9, 2024, Decedent’s Estate, or the Kiyoko Y. Sato Trust dated March 31, 1992 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to WALLACE K. SATO, successor trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 94-1050 Heahea Street, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
