YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2004-11, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-24-0000270 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 91-821 Lipaki Place, Ewa Beach, Hawaii, 96706 / TMK No. (1) 9-1-038-125, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, on January 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Zachary K. Kondo of Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100 Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
