NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by ROYAL CONTRACTING CO., LTD. of that certain Hoopili Dev. Phase 11 Offsite Sewer Improvement, situated at Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-017; 193, 194, has been completed.
