NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by ROYAL CONTRACTING CO., LTD. of that certain Hoopili Dev. Phase 11 Backbone Improvement, situated at Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-018; 019, 9-1-019;020, has been completed.
