OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by ROYAL CONTRACTING CO., LTD. of that certain Hoopili Developement Phase 17a (Parcel 93), situated at Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-017; 205, 204, has been completed.
