Estate of RUBY HIROKO MINAMISHIN, also known as Ruby H. Minamishin and Ruby Minamishin, Deceased.
All persons having a claim against the above-named estate are hereby notified that Kevin Shiinoki, individually, and Wendell Lee, individually, as Principals of Administration & Support Inc. dba Legacy Works, a Hawaii corporation, whose address is c/o Stacy K. Takekawa, Esq., 45-955 Kamehameha Hwy, Ste 205, Kaneohe, HI 96744, has been appointed Personal Representative of the above-named estate. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the personal representative of the estate at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
