YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT CASSIDY TEPPER, Plaintiff, has filed a Complaint in Civil No. 3CCV-24-0000176, wherein Plaintiff prays for damages, attorneys’ fees and costs, and other monies due and owing to Plaintiff as a result of you fraudulently, negligently, and deceitfully representing that design, development, and administration of construction work for the development of a home pursuant to the Agreement between you and Plaintiff dated March 22, 2022 would cost a fraction of the actual cost.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the HONORABLE WENDY M. DEWEESE at Keahuolu courthouse, 74-5451 Kamaka’eha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740 on December 4, 2024 at 8:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Jeffrey S.
