OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by SYD Construction Inc. of that certain New Cat Cafe – interior alterations to the existing tenant space situated at 1450 Ala Moana Blvd. #1207 Honolulu, TMK: 2-3-038 :014, has been completed.
