Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the Stephen Petro Revocable Living Trust dated July 27, 1995 , as amended, made by Stephen Petro ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Dr. Shayne Mark Castanera, Joy Kuulei Bueno and Samantha M. Castanera-Ahn, are the current Successor Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o Devens, Nakano, Saito, Lee, Wong & Ching, 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustees at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
