YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT PLAINTIFF THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16, has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-23-0000614 (JHA), against you in the above entitled court wherein said Plaintiff prays for judgment in the sum of $957,704.09, plus additional amounts due, and for foreclosure sale of the property located at 91-143 Wailohia Place, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706-1854 (TMK NO. (1) 9-1-050-019-0000).
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James H. Ashford, at 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813 on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2024, at 9:00 A.M.,or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before the above date upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, Lloyd Workman, Esq., whose address is 3333 Camino del Rio South, Suite 225, San Diego, CA 92108, and Kenny Y.H. Baik, Esq., whose address is 55 Merchant Street, Suite 1550, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Failure to obey this Summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment.
