All creditors and interested persons of the estate of James D. Granzow, aka James Dennis Granzow, or The James D. Granzow Revocable Living Trust dated Oct. 17, 2015, as amended, are hereby notified to present any claims against said estate or said trust, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if a claim is secured by mortgage on real estate, to Marianne Bhoz Wassel, Personal Representative of said estate, or Roy Vickery, Successor Trustee of said trust, c/o 407 Seaside Ave. 2nd Flr., Honolulu, HI 96815, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
