YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, on TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER KIAKONA KOPPER, LLP, Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
