NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 23122135

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Paradigm Construction LLC. The work consists of grading, erosion control measures, construction of a CRM wall to support the project sign and installation of the electrical system to power the landscape lighting. Landscape, irrigation and landscape lighting shall be by others and is excluded from this Contract No. 23122135 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE 15′ LANDSCAPE EASEMENT AT CHURCH/DAYCARE SITE, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006:portion of 115 has been completed.
