Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent who died on December 18, 2023, together with an application by David P. Leonard, whose address is c/o David A. Bernstein, Attorney at Law, 1050 Bishop Street #464, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to David P. Leonard. If any interested person has objections to the informal application, they may file a petition for formal proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, they must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 560:3-204. All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the Decedent under a trust agreement known as the Donald E. Leonard Living Trust dated February 10, 2010, are hereby notified that David P. Leonard is the Trustee of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
