YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that PLAINTIFF CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK, a HAWAII CORPORATION, Successor Trustee of the Douglas Kui Tung Ho Revocable Living Trust dated January 3, 2014, has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-24-0000329 for declaratory judgment in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai’i, whereby said Plaintiff prays for judgment with costs, interest and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Judge of the above entitled Court, in courtroom #17, at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813 on Tuesday the 2nd day of July, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Robert Bruce Graham Jr., or Robert I. Park, attorneys for Plaintiff CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK, whose address is 999 Bishop Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, and whose mailing address is P.O. Box 131, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96810. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The failure to obey this Summons may result in an entry of default and in the entry of default judgment against you.
