NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT
PRESERVATION AND REINVESTMENT INITIATIVE FOR COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT (PRICE) GRANT APPLICATION

Two public hearings will be held to receive public comment pertaining to the development of Family Promise Inc.’s PRICE Competition application, inclusive of activities conducted with Family Promise of Hawaii, a sub-recipient. An in-person hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10 am, in the Nanakuli Public Library at 89-070 Farrington Highway Waianae, HI 96792. A virtual hearing will be held Thursday, May 16th, 7pm EST via Zoom which may be accessed at: https://bit.ly/fppricehearing. Individuals may present their comments at the meeting, by email at price@familypromise.org or by mail addressed to Family Promise 71 Summit Ave. Summit, NJ 07901. A 15-day comment period remains in effect until 12:00 NOON, June 6, 2024. Draft versions of the PRICE APPLICATION are available at familypromise.org/price for review. Family Promise Inc. expects to receive an estimated $63 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development PRESERVATION AND REINVESTMENT INITIATIVE FOR COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT (PRICE) GRANT. Part of the application’s PRICE grant activities will be in the municipalities and towns in Honolulu County. Planned activities will occur during the period of performance estimated to start 10/1/2024 and end 9/30/2030.
