Harbor Real Asset Fund, L.P. v. Keoni Lee Meyer; et. al., Civil No. 1CC161000889 (Foreclosure). 84-172 Makau Street, Waianae, Hawaii 96792, TMK Nos. (1) 8-4-010-060 and (1) 8-4-010-064 (hereinafter “Property”). Adjoining fee simple lots approximately 12,377 and 1,521 sq. ft. with no home or structure. No Open House or Inspection. Auction: May 29, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the front entrance (Ewa side) of the First Circuit Court Building (Kaahumanu Hale), 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Terms of Sale: No Upset Price. Property sold in “AS IS” without any representations or warranties as to title or possession to the highest bidder at the commissioner’s sale, without an upset price. The successful bidder at said foreclosure sale is to make a down payment to the Commissioner in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest successful bid price, such payment to be by way of certified check. At the Court’s discretion, the 10% down payment may be forfeited in full or in part if the purchaser shall fail to pay the balance of the purchase price. In no event shall the purchaser be liable for damages greater than the forfeiture of the 10% down payment. The balance of said purchase price shall be paid to the Commissioner upon approval and confirmation of the sale. Cost of conveyance, including conveyance tax, the cost of any escrow, securing possession of the Property and recording of such conveyance and other orders of this Court, shall be at the expense of such purchaser.
