OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by KPRS Hawaii Construction Inc. of that certain Roof & exterior soffit repair work to existing roof & exterior soffit repair. Work to include structural repair to corrosion of existing structural members, situated at 1580 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 23021001, 23021002, 53021004, 23021005, has been completed.
