Kawano, the presiding Judge in Probate at the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, Hoapili Hale, Courtroom 3, 2145 Main Street, Wailuku, Hawaii, 96793, is the appointed date, time, and place for the hearing of said petition and all interested persons.
Pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition must file the objection or response with the Court and serve it on all interested persons within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice.
