Housing Solutions Incorporated is soliciting bids
for the following plumbing replacement projects at
Waikiki Vista:

1. Replace Tubular Waste Lines: Replacement required for all units from the 10th floor to the 18th floor, consisting of 106 studios.
2. Drain Cleaning Service: Jetting of 8 main stack lines for residential units in the building from the 10th floor to the 18th floor.
3. Installation of 2″ Clean Outs: Installation of clean outs to facilitate drain cleaning of 3″ toilet lines for units. 8 clean outs per floor, totaling 72.
4. Laundry Rooms Refurbishment: Removal of existing corroded cast iron laundry main and branches. Installation of new PVC pipe from the 19th floor to the building main located in the ceiling of the 9th floor. Repiping of laundry stack and connection to existing sewer main on the 9th floor above the kitchen area. Including repiping of main water line in laundry room floors. Disposal of drywall, cast iron, and rubbish off-site.
