Notice to Creditors of the Estate and Trust of William Kaleionehu Ma’e, aka William Mae, Deceased

Notice is hereby given that William Kaleionehu Ma’e died on December 01, 2023. All persons having a claim against the decedent, the above-named estate, and/or the William Mae Living Trust dated January 16, 1998, are hereby notified that Johanna Mae and William Mae Jr., whose address is c/o David A. Bernstein, A Law Corporation, 1050 Bishop Street, #464, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, are the Co-Trustees of the above-named Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Co-Trustees at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
