NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE TRUST AND ESTATE OF GERALDINE J. SCOTT, ALSO KNOWN AS GERALDINE JANETTE SCOTT, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that GERALDINE J. SCOTT, also known as Geraldine Janette Scott, passed away on March 29, 2024.
All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent’s Estate or the Trustee of the Geraldine J. Scott Trust dated May 5, 1981 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that CAROLYN FRANCES SCOTT PETERSON and KYLE RUSSELL SCOTT, whose address is c/o 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, are serving as representatives of the Estate and as Trustees of the Trust.
Any interested person desiring further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to CAROLYN FRANCES SCOTT PETERSON and KYLE RUSSELL SCOTT at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
