NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF STANLEY MAKOTO ITO, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF STANLEY MAKOTO ITO, DECEASED; and
the Stanley M. Ito Trust dated February 16, 2022, and the Stanley Makoto Ito Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 11, 2005;

Notice is hereby given that STANLEY MAKOTO ITO, also known as Stanley M. Ito and Stanley Ito, ("Decedent"), died on February 21, 2024.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the Stanley M. Ito Trust dated February 16, 2022, and/or the Stanley Makoto Ito Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 11, 2005 (collectively referred to as “Trust”), are hereby notified that Jennifer K. Wada, whose address is c/o Okura & Associates, 1314 S. King Street, Ste 760, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, is a Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
