All persons having a claim against the Estate of
CLARA L. JOE, also known as CLARA LUM JOE and CLARA YUK LAN LUM, who died on January 16, 2024, or the CLARA L. JOE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated October 5, 1987, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to BRIAN R.
