FILED, Application of ANNETTA KAY LEIGH and ROBERT E. KOWALSKI, alleging intestacy of said decedent, showing property within the jurisdiction of this court and praying for informal probate and for the issuance of Letters to ANNETTA KAY LEIGH, whose mailing address is 2322 Nature Lane, Hawley, MN 56549 and ROBERT E. KOWALSKJ, whose mailing address is 1371 Oakland Dr., Burnsville, MN 55337, as Co-Personal Representatives of said estate.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominees at the addresses shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred .
