JOAN LEE HUSTED, also known as JOAN L. HUSTED and JOAN HUSTED died on October 2, 2023, while domiciled in the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii.

Christina Lacy, whose address is c/o Hawaii Estate Planning Law Group, PO Box 37934, Honolulu, Hawaii 96837, was appointed and has accepted appointment as Successor Trustee of The Joan L. Husted Trust dated June 12, 2003, as amended.

All creditors of the above-named trust and decedent are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Successor Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
