NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to any party interested or having knowledge of the whereabouts of the alleged decedent, that Petitioner Lauren K. Saniatan’s Petition for Determination of Death of William Ah Ming Aki shall come for hearing in the courtroom of the presiding Judge of the Third Circuit Court at Hale Kaulike, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. All persons interested or having knowledge of the whereabouts of the alleged decedent are hereby entitled to appear at said time and place.
