and the Betty Yoshiko Wakai Self-Trusteed Trust

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Betty Yoshiko Wakai, also known as Betty Yoshiko Kuramoto Wakai,
Betty Wakai, Betty Y. Wakai, Betty Y. K. Wakai, Betty K. Wakai, and Betty Kuramoto Wakai, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on
October 25, 2023.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the trust created by that certain unrecorded trust agreement dated March 22, 1985 ("Trust"), made by Betty Yoshiko Wakai, also known as Betty Yoshiko Kuramoto Wakai, Betty Wakai, Betty Y. Wakai, Betty Y. K. Wakai, Betty K. Wakai, and Betty Kuramoto Wakai, are hereby notified that Steven Y. Otaguro and Edward T. Schorr are the current and acting successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, whose post office address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, 55 Merchant Street, #3000, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate to the successor Co-Trustees of the Trust at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
