NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF SHOICHI A. HIRONAKA, DECEASED, ESTATE OF SHOICHI A. HIRONAKA, DECEASED, AND THE SHOICHI A. HIRONAKA TRUST

Notice is hereby given that SHOICHI A. HIRONAKA ("Decedent") died on December 19, 2023.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the SHOICHI A. HIRONAKA TRUST dated December 17, 1998, as amended ("Trust") are hereby notified that DAYNI H. KAWAMOTO and LANCE K. MIYAMOTO, whose address is c/o Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, are Co-Trustees of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named
Co-Trustees of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
