ROCK EDWIN WHITE, whose address is 158 E. 200 S., Kamas, Utah 84036, has been appointed successor Trustee of THE CATHERINE J. DONOHUE REVOCABLE TRUST, after the passing of Catherine J. Donohue on February 16, 2024. Creditors of the trust and estate are notified to: 1) provide their written claims to the trustee; 2) provide their written claims to the trustee’s attorney, Spencer J. Witt, York Howell 10610 S. Jordan Gateway, Ste. 200, South Jordan, Utah 84095; or otherwise present their claims as required by Hawaii law within four months after the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
