NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
HALE MUA DEVELOPMENT, LLC and
HALE MUA INVESTMENT CO., LLC

In accordance with Section 428-808, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, notice is hereby given that the above-named companies, each a Hawaii limited liability company (the "Companies"), were each dissolved effective March 1, 2024 and that each intends to terminate. Parties with claims against the Companies should present their claims c/o Case Lombardi, 737 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu Hawaii 96813, Attn: Matthew A. Cohen, Esq. The notice of claim must include: (1) the company against which such claim is made, (2) the full legal name of the claimant, (3) a summary description of the claim, (4) the date the claim arose, and (5) the contact information, including address and telephone number, of the claimant. A claim against the Companies is barred unless a proceeding to enforce such claim is commenced within two (2) years after the later of the last publication date of this notice or the date of filing of the Articles of Termination for each of the Companies.
