Henrico County, VA (herein “Lead Public Agency”) on behalf of itself and the GOVMVMT Government Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Participating Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Suppliers to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete offering of Emergency and Specialty Vehicles, Equipment, Accessories, Related Products and Services. Interested vendors (also herein referred to as “Contractors” or “Suppliers”) will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP’s General Conditions and Instructions. The resulting contract may be awarded to multiple suppliers. Proposals are due no later than November 8, 2023 at 2:30pm EST.
