FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent who died on October 2, 2022, together with a Petition praying for probate thereof and issuance of Letters Testamentary to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, whose address is c/o Payesko Law Firm, LLLC, Donna V. Payesko, Esq., P.O. Box 1554, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96745.
2nd day, November 2023 at 9:00 a.m., before the Presiding Judge, sitting in Probate at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813-5093 is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Petition.
All interested persons and any heirs of the above named estate are hereby notified that pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court, the presiding Judge, sitting in Probate at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813-5093, within 30 days of the date of the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the Petition, that person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204 with the Court.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
