NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE TRUST AND ESTATE OF WALTER Y. M. CHANG, ALSO KNOWN AS
WALTER YEW MOO CHANG, DECEASED
Notice is hereby given that WALTER Y. M. CHANG, also known as Walter Yew Moo Chang, passed away on July 9, 2023.
All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent’s Estate or the Trustees of the WALTER YEW MOO CHANG REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated June 30, 1999, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that CHRISTOPHER WY CHANG and CARTER WY CHANG whose address is c/o 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 are serving as representatives of the Estate and as Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust.
Any interested person desiring further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to CHRISTOPHER WY CHANG and CARTER WY CHANG at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
