NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All creditors of the Estate of SUSAN IKUKO NIIMI, also known as SUSAN I. NIIMI, Deceased, or that certain SUSAN I. NIIMI REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 30, 1986, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to REGINALD CHRIS GODWIN, as Successor Trustee under that certain unrecorded Susan I. Niimi Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 30, 1986, as amended and restated, c/o 700 Bishop Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
