YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-NC1 ASSET BACKED PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES ("Plaintiff") has filed a First Amended Complaint on July 25, 2022 ("Complaint") against you in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000655, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai`i, where Plaintiffs ask for judgment in their favor and against you awarding monetary damages and for other and further relief as justice requires.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawai`i 96813, on the 7th day of November, 2023 at 9:30 o’clock, a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Peter Knapman, Esq., Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 1164 Bishop Street, Suite 1501 Floor, Honolulu, Hawai`i 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
