NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petition for Appointment of Special Administrator and asking Jared N. Kawashima, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 908, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, be appointed Special Administrator for said estate, will be heard on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Fl, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All persons interested should appear at said date, time and place. Further, pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, if any person has any objection to the petition, such person shall file his/her objection to the Court and serve it on all interested persons within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice.
