NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT NO. 22122086

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Paradigm Construction LLC. The work consists principally of site grading work (including erosion and dust control measures), modification and/or retrofit of existing water laterals, modification and/or retrofit of existing sewer laterals and manholes, including cleanouts to grade, and concrete wall as applicable, replacement or retrofit of existing electrical site work, and other work appurtenance thereto, covered by Contract No.22122086 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Private Park (Kalahikiola) located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006: 047 have been completed.
