NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that HELEN T. ARAGAKI also known as Helen Toyoko Aragaki, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on June 27, 2023.
All persons having a claim against the Estate of Helen T. Aragaki or the Helen T. Aragaki Trust dated July 21, 2011, as amended, are hereby notified that IRENE K. McENERNEY, whose address is c/o Law Office of Lynn Y. Nakashima, 1100 Ward Avenue, Suite 705, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, is serving as the Trustee of said trust.
Pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
