NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that GLENN S. KOGACHI also known as Glenn Susumu Kogachi, a resident of Waianae, Hawaii, died on May 15, 2023.
All persons having a claim against the Estate of Glenn S. Kogachi or the Glenn S. Kogachi Trust dated November 22, 1994, as amended, are hereby notified that LISA N. KOGACHI, whose address is c/o Law Office of Lynn Y. Nakashima, 1100 Ward Avenue, Suite 705, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, is serving as the Trustee of said trust.
Pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
