YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that SANDRA MASAE YAMAMOTO LAU and DOUGLAS KOON YEE CHANG have filed in this court an Amended Petition for Amendment of Land Court Certificate of Title No. 1,139,690 filed with Land Court Application No. 656 of Robert Hind ("Petition"), 1LD Case No.: 1CLD-22-0003759, to amend said Certificate of Title No. 1,139,690
("CT 1,139,690") to note that certain land covered by Certificate of Title No. 113,513 is appurtenant to land covered by said CT 1,139,690 and is vested in Petitioners pursuant to Land Court Order No. 9522 and for other relief requested and more fully described in such Petition;
YOU ARE HEREBY CITED AND FURTHER NOTIFIED, pursuant to the foregoing First Amended Order to Show Cause, to appear before the Honorable Judge Gary W.B. Chang, Judge of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii, in his Courtroom on the Fourth Floor of Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., then and there to show cause, if you have any, why the prayer of the Petition of Sandra Masae Yamamoto Lau and Douglas Koon Yee Chang should not be granted, and unless you appear at said Court at the time and place aforesaid, your default will be granted, and you will be forever barred from contesting said Petition or any judgment, decree, or writ entered thereon.
