You are hereby notified that MAHELE HAO, LLC and HOWARD RUGGLES GREEN, Trustee of the Viella Hao Revocable Trust dated July 30, 1993 (collectively “Plaintiffs”) have filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-23-0000083 (GWBC) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking lease termination of the real property located at 2649 Varsity Place, #202, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826, Tax Map Key No. TMK (1) 2-8-024-015, CPR 0013, in which you may claim an interest under that certain Assignment of Apartment Lease dated September 30, 2011 and recorded in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the State of Hawaii as Document No. 4102766, affecting TCT No. 1,246,401, and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Gary W. B. Chang of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on September 12, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER McGUIRE KIAKONA, LLP, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, attorneys for Plaintiffs. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
