TO: THE HEIRS OR ASSIGNS OF MATSUKO KURIHARA, DECEASED
You are hereby notified that Petitioner, DAVID T. KURIHARA, has filed a Petition for Determination of Heirs in P. No. 1CLP-23-0000413, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, wherein they pray for the determination of heirs of MATSUKO KURIHARA, DECEASED; and
That Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the Judge who shall be sitting in Probate at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the date, time and place of hearing on the Petition; and
That pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, if you wish to object or respond to the Petition, you shall file such objections or other responses with the Court and serve it on all interested persons within 30 days of service or on the date of the time of scheduled hearing, whichever date occurs earlier.
